If you want to sell your Bonner house… we’re ready to give you a fair all-cash offer.
Stop the frustration of your unwanted property. Let us buy your Montana house now, regardless of condition.
Avoiding foreclosure? Facing divorce? Moving? Upside down in your mortgage? Liens? It doesn’t matter whether you live in it, you’re renting it out, it’s vacant, or not even habitable. We help owners who have inherited an unwanted property, own a vacant house, are behind on payments, owe liens, downsized and can’t sell… even if the house needs repairs that you can’t pay for… and yes, even if the house is fire damaged or has bad rental tenants.
Basically, if you have a property and need to sell it… we’d like to make you a fair cash offer and close on it when you’re ready to sell.
Do You Need To Sell Your House in Bonner?
Even if an agent can’t sell your house, we can help. (Sometimes selling a house through a real estate agent is not for everyone.)
And as a bonus…
- you don’t need to clean up and repair the property
- don’t waste time finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise of selling your house quickly
- you won’t need to sign a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term
- or deal with the paperwork and the waiting and wondering (and hoping)
We’ll know very quickly if we can help you, and unlike selling through an agent, you don’t have to wait to see if the buyer can get financing… we’re ready to buy right now!
All that hassle can add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent’s expensive fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.
We work differently at WolfWantsHouses. When you contact us and submit the short property information form (below), we’ll give you a fair all-cash offer on your house within 24 hours… and the best part is: we can close whenever YOU choose to close – it’s entirely up to you. It doesn’t matter what condition the house is in, or even if there are tenants in there that you can’t get rid of… don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of it for you. And if you need the cash quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process →)
No matter what condition your house is in; no matter what situation or timeframe you’re facing…
Our goal is to help make your life easier and get you out from under the property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

My son has to do a Bonner, Missoula overview for his class at school. I’m not shocked. The teacher is from Missoula and loves hearing about it from his students since he apparently regrets moving her. That should help my son do well on the project, considering his grandfather still lives there and is already helping him out with the project.
I almost am worried that the teacher might suspect my son of brown-nosing, but that’s not the worst problem in the world for an eighth-grader to have.
With Missouri being a robust state, this area has seen quality job growth over the past year.
It has struggled at times in the past, but its ascendancy into the top of the tier is something that has earned respect. It continues to dominate in its core industries and has established itself as a success.
This is a region of the state that has seen various ups and downs over the years but continues to put up a great fight. It’s a unique, world-class setting that has earned rave reviews as an economic location in the United States of America.
I love living here. It is a small city near Missoula so there’s a great mix of small town life and big city opportunity. The area’s economy is strong. Starting with the first sawmill that opened in 1898, Bonner has been a lumber community for many years. We’ve had some encouraging investments in the area over the years such as the Bonner Dam which was built to provide hydroelectricity to the sawmills. We’ve also had some problems such as the 1919 fire that was considered the worst fire in the history of western Montana. Still, we enjoy living here and raising our family in such a great small town.
Culture and Lifestyle
My husband has been very suddenly curious lately about Bonner, Missoula culture and lifestyle. He knows my sister lives there and I spend a lot of time there myself visiting her. At first, I thought he was just showing interest in my life. That wanes from time to time so he has to refocus on it. We’ve been together a while, so sometimes we get bored with one another. This is different, and I asked him what was up. Apparently, he’s thinking about that neighborhood as a new location for his next restaurant and is wondering if it would fit the locals.
