If you want to sell your Missoula house… we’re ready to give you a fair all-cash offer.
Stop the frustration of your unwanted property. Let us buy your Montana house now, regardless of condition.
Avoiding foreclosure? Facing divorce? Moving? Upside down in your mortgage? Liens? It doesn’t matter whether you live in it, you’re renting it out, it’s vacant, or not even habitable. We help owners who have inherited an unwanted property, own a vacant house, are behind on payments, owe liens, downsized and can’t sell… even if the house needs repairs that you can’t pay for… and yes, even if the house is fire damaged or has bad rental tenants.
Basically, if you have a property and need to sell it… we’d like to make you a fair cash offer and close on it when you’re ready to sell.
Do You Need To Sell Your House in Missoula?
Even if an agent can’t sell your house, we can help. (Sometimes selling a house through a real estate agent is not for everyone.)
And as a bonus…
- you don’t need to clean up and repair the property
- don’t waste time finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise of selling your house quickly
- you won’t need to sign a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term
- or deal with the paperwork and the waiting and wondering (and hoping)
We’ll know very quickly if we can help you, and unlike selling through an agent, you don’t have to wait to see if the buyer can get financing… we’re ready to buy right now!
All that hassle can add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent’s expensive fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.
We work differently at WolfWantsHouses. When you contact us and submit the short property information form (below), we’ll give you a fair all-cash offer on your house within 24 hours… and the best part is: we can close whenever YOU choose to close – it’s entirely up to you. It doesn’t matter what condition the house is in, or even if there are tenants in there that you can’t get rid of… don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of it for you. And if you need the cash quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process →)
No matter what condition your house is in; no matter what situation or timeframe you’re facing…
Our goal is to help make your life easier and get you out from under the property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

Missoula, Montana remains one of the hidden gems of the Northwest. Home to the University of Montana, this small town is an excellent mix of a college atmosphere and a sleepy mountain town.
The school drives much of the economy and activity here, with graduates creating several startups in the last few decades. The city shines as an example for towns that must usher in a new age, as trade and lumber are no longer viable business options.
The weather in the area is beautiful, making it a favorite year-round spot for those who want northwest living without the bustle of cities like Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington.
One of the most important factors for me when thinking about a place to live is the economy of that area. I want to live in a place that has a low unemployment rate with a decent median income. I found Missoula in Montana to be pretty good on this front, but there was one thing that I held me back from making a snap decision to live there. A lot of property is being built here, and while it looks good, for some the prices may not exactly be ideal. Luckily I can afford to pay the cost for a new home.
Local Info: schools, hospitals, taxes, crime rate
My mother has decided that she and my father are going to retire in Montana. She saw some movie shot there and thought that’s where they should spend the rest of their lives.
My dad’s not convinced yet. While she’s house hunting online, he’s having me look up schools, hospitals, crime rates, taxes, and response time for emergency services.
I’m doing that for him because I’m more experienced with the Internet than he is, and to do it quietly behind her back.
I was a little surprised about him asking about local schools and colleges though, but apparently, he’s not done learning yet.
Many people have always told me that Missoula is a great place to live in Montana. I wanted to get away from the harsh city life and move to a neighborhood with a good mix of suburban and rural areas. I learned about some of the popular neighborhoods like Rose Park and Lewis and Clark, but one one neighborhood stood out to me in particular, and that was Lower Rattlesnake. Lower Rattlesnake is home to beautiful wild life, and there is a fishing area where I can take my rods on the weekends and relax for a couple of hours while the fish bite.
Culture and Lifestyle
With a thriving arts community in the region, this impacts the culture of this area more than anything else.
Whether it’s epic theater nights at Wilma Theater or touring exhibitions at Missoula Art Museum, the emphasis on art is seen throughout. The lifestyle is laid-back and built around the natural wonders the city has to offer. Locals pride themselves in enjoying this aesthetic and natural beauty around them.
Some hike Mount Sentinel while others head over to nearby wilderness areas for time off from their daily stresses. This is all part of the culture and lifestyle in the area.
