If you want to sell your Great Falls house… we’re ready to give you a fair all-cash offer.
Stop the frustration of your unwanted property. Let us buy your Montana house now, regardless of condition.
Avoiding foreclosure? Facing divorce? Moving? Upside down in your mortgage? Liens? It doesn’t matter whether you live in it, you’re renting it out, it’s vacant, or not even habitable. We help owners who have inherited an unwanted property, own a vacant house, are behind on payments, owe liens, downsized and can’t sell… even if the house needs repairs that you can’t pay for… and yes, even if the house is fire damaged or has bad rental tenants.
Basically, if you have a property and need to sell it… we’d like to make you a fair cash offer and close on it when you’re ready to sell.
Do You Need To Sell Your House in Great Falls?
Even if an agent can’t sell your house, we can help. (Sometimes selling a house through a real estate agent is not for everyone.)
And as a bonus…
- you don’t need to clean up and repair the property
- don’t waste time finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise of selling your house quickly
- you won’t need to sign a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term
- or deal with the paperwork and the waiting and wondering (and hoping)
We’ll know very quickly if we can help you, and unlike selling through an agent, you don’t have to wait to see if the buyer can get financing… we’re ready to buy right now!
All that hassle can add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent’s expensive fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.
We work differently at WolfWantsHouses. When you contact us and submit the short property information form (below), we’ll give you a fair all-cash offer on your house within 24 hours… and the best part is: we can close whenever YOU choose to close – it’s entirely up to you. It doesn’t matter what condition the house is in, or even if there are tenants in there that you can’t get rid of… don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of it for you. And if you need the cash quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process →)
No matter what condition your house is in; no matter what situation or timeframe you’re facing…
Our goal is to help make your life easier and get you out from under the property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

Great Falls, Montana is the third largest city in Montana and is known as the “electric city” due to a large number of power plants and dams in the area. The city straddles the Missouri River and takes its name from the five waterfalls that are used to generate power. It has a population of approximately 60,000 people.
There are a variety of cultural attractions in the area, including museums, a symphony, and large sports arena. The climate is cold and semi-arid, with hot summers and cold, snowy winters. The median home price is approximate $159,000.
I’ve been looking at the economy lately. My girlfriend is going there to open a yoga studio, and we’re serious enough that I might just go with her.
I work online mostly, doing search engine optimization, so I can work pretty much anywhere. The reason I’ve been looking at the local economy of Great Falls is that if I see enough growth there, it might mean there’s demand for my services on a personal level with local businesses. It never hurts having local clients to offset the online work.
Local Info: schools, hospitals, taxes, crime rate
My son has looked up a lot of local information about Montana. He knows we’re moving there next year, and it’s obvious he doesn’t want to go. He’s pointed out how his current school is better, highlighted the worst of the city’s crime rates (which is kind of hard compared to where we are now), and even launched into at-length discussions about taxes.
He’s even pointed out how many hospitals there are and suggested they’re well-staffed, so I might not find a job there, even though nurses are in demand everywhere.
It’s interesting to see him fuss rationally, but we’re still moving.
As the third largest city in Montana, Great Falls is a pretty nice place to live. Some people find it a bit isolated, but I like that aspect of it. When I first moved to the area, I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to live in the Fox Farm area, or West Hill. I was getting direction from people who lived in both areas, telling me to move in one or the other. Ultimately, I just let the Internet decide for me. I looked at which one had the best demographics on average, and I decided to go with Fox Farm.
Culture and Lifestyle
Montana is one of the largest states in the US, but it is also the least densely populated. The area abounds in natural beauty, so many people consider it a great vacation destination during summer. Winter, there is cold with lots of snowfall, so only winter sports enthusiasts visit then.
When I reach retirement age, I may consider moving there simply to enjoy the natural beauty. Since it is not densely populated, I assume the peace and quiet that is lacking in my current environment could be found there. A simple cottage tucked in the forest sounds very attractive to me.
