Even if an agent can’t sell your house, we can help. (Sometimes selling a house through a real estate agent is not for everyone.)

And as a bonus…

  • you don’t need to clean up and repair the property
  • don’t waste time finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise of selling your house quickly
  • you won’t need to sign a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term
  • or deal with the paperwork and the waiting and wondering (and hoping)

We’ll know very quickly if we can help you, and unlike selling through an agent, you don’t have to wait to see if the buyer can get financing… we’re ready to buy right now!

All that hassle can add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent’s expensive fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.

We work differently at WolfWantsHouses. When you contact us and submit the short property information form (below), we’ll give you a fair all-cash offer on your house within 24 hours… and the best part is: we can close whenever YOU choose to close – it’s entirely up to you. It doesn’t matter what condition the house is in, or even if there are tenants in there that you can’t get rid of… don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of it for you. And if you need the cash quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process →)

In short…

No matter what condition your house is in; no matter what situation or timeframe you’re facing…

Our goal is to help make your life easier and get you out from under the property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

Overview

Sanford is the county seat of Seminole County and borders the larger and better-known city of Orlando, home to Walt Disney World. This area is home to the local airport and is known as Historic Waterfront Gateway City because of their location on St. Johns River as well as Lake Monroe. The city has a robust economy, a strong local government, and they also take pride in education as home to the Seminole State College of Florida. This is a strong and vibrant area that is extremely active now and continues to be prepared to thrive into the future.

Economy

Sitting in central Florida as the county seat of Seminole County, Sanford is home to over fifty thousand residents.

While agriculture, NASA support, and military installations have left their mark on the development of the economy here, Walt Disney World is the major modern influence. Tourism, residential development, and service industries now dominate the local economy, particularly due to the proximity to the urban center of Orlando.

Given the city’s history as a trading center, there is an abundance of older architecture. Proximity to Lake Monroe and the navigable waters of St. Johns River make this area home to multiple marinas. Boats of both pleasure and commercial purposes are able to get to and from the Atlantic Ocean itself, thanks to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Local Info

Are you considering moving to Florida? It certainly is a great place to live. We have been in this area for several years and truly enjoy the area. The city sits on Lake Monroe and at the start of the St. John’s River. While the crime rate in the area is higher than we’d like, local law enforcement is making great strides and works hard to keep our communities safe. Over the last year, crime decreased moe than 12 percent. The schools are very good and our taxes are reasonable. There are good hospitals within easy driving distance. We are really glad we chose Sanford as our home.

Popular Neighborhoods

There are quite a few neighborhoods in the area, including New Upsala, Wynwood, and Treviso Townhomes. You not only need neighborhood names, but you need to know where they are located and which ones are the most popular. Also, which of the top neighborhoods fits your price range? The neighborhood of Wynwood is over by Decottes Avenue and Forest Drive. Woodruffs Subdivision is located nearby Myrtle Avenue, and that definitely got my attention since I live in Myrtle Beach. These are just some of the neighborhoods, but maybe one of them is a fit for you.

Cultural Attractions

Florida, in general, offers a different type of lifestyle and culture than the rest of the US. The area offers vacationers and locals all kinds of great attractions and things to do, including Katie’s Wekiva River Landing and the Black Bear Wilderness area. You’re not always going to be out in nature when it comes to the lifestyle because there is also downtown Sanford, Wops’ Hops Brewing Company and more. You can’t take in all of the cultures stopping by the Riverwalk, Lake Jesup and a few of the historical attractions, like The Museum of Seminole County History.
